Summer Voice Lessons - ONHS Alum Ian Rucker
Check out this message from former ONHS singer, Ian Rucker, who is teaching lessons this summer in Oshkosh:Hello everybody,
This coming summer I will be teaching private voice lessons out of Oshkosh, and I am looking for students!
Here is some information about me as a person and artist:
Ian Rucker, baritone, will graduate with a Vocal Performance degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, and has been accepted for graduate studies in voice at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University - Bloomington, where he has been appointed an Associate Instructor in the Voice Department.
While at UWEC, he performed a diverse range of operatic and music theatre roles including the eponymous roles in Don Giovanni and Sweeney Todd, as well as Officer Lockstock in Urinetown and Ernst Ludwig in Cabaret. He was also a soloist and member of both the Singing Statesmen and Concert Choir. With these choirs he toured southern Illinois, the Milwaukee area, and the Green Bay Area. He has also spent two summers in Italy performing with Canta in Italia (Lucca) and the International Music Festival of the Adriatic (Duino).
As a teacher, Mr. Rucker strives to help each of his students find vocal freedom which will allow them to utilize their voice in a variety of genres.

If you would like to schedule lessons with me, send me a message and we can work out a time. My fee is $20 a half-hour, forty-five minute and hour long lessons are also available. You can reach me at ianrucker072697@hotmail.com.
I am excited to meet and work with you!
